Clean, spacious and complete kitchen utensils! The staffs were friendly and they had different offerings at the lobby - eg wine & cheese, popcorn & soda etc..its free for the guests ❤️ location awesome, near the metro station and right at the king st where there's free trolley service going to the waterfront.

Club Wyndham Alexandria puts you at the heart of everything! The Metro station is literally right there! You can go to anywhere in DC without having to take a bus or drive to a park and ride. This is EXTREMELY convenient. The resort itself is right there in King Street and is a great jump off point for a great day of shopping and eating along King Street! Take time to visit Landini Brothers Restaurant! The resort itself is extremely well maintained and CLEAN. We had a 2 bedroom lockoff facing the railroad tracks. I am a light sleeper and didn't hear the trains running at all! Great stay with Club Wyndham Alexandria and we will be back!

Our arrival and the communication leading up to our arrival was fantastic. We just moved out to the East coast and wanted a place to stay while our house was getting some remodeling. Used our points but that still didn't get us out of a high pressure sales meeting to purchase more points. We were not given a choice of rooms and ended up getting a handicap room that could've gone to someone who needed it. I am 6'2" tall and the shower only hit me in my lower chest/ upper stomach area and the shower handle didn't disconnect. They don't serve coffee until 7am-10am but the one time I got to get some, it didn't come out until 7:15. Of course that was the day we had to stay behind to be forced to attend their mandatory sales meeting. Out of 5 days there, we were up at 5am and gone by 6am to return to our home to work on it. My favorite night there was our last, knowing that I got to leave the next day. We returned at our usual 10 to 11pm to sleep and our last day, we actually got to sleep in. We were exhausted so, we slept until 9:30am. I got up to get coffee at 10am and it was already cleaned up. I asked for a late check out as most hotels the check out is at 11am. I was informed rude

GREAT place. We got one of the recently updated rooms, and it was a very comfortable stay. Very close to the metro station, which was also very easy to navigate into the city. Close to some restaurants and a free tram that takes you into the old city Alexandria. My one problem I have with all Wyndhams is the sales pitch and presentation. Just let me check into the hotel without playing your games, please. The sales guy picked up on it and was very respectful, which made for a great stay. Would absolutely stay here again! Cribs are available upon request, which was a standard sized pack n play. Great staff
